Financial Shared Center-Invoice Management Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the system construction and process optimization of all positions in the bill center, understand the best practices in the industry, and be able to propose solutions based on the actual situation and promote implementation to improve user satisfaction 2. Establish an index analysis and quality monitoring system for bill operations , with a keen sense of risk management, able to detect operational problems in a timely manner and provide optimization suggestions and solutions to achieve data-driven lean operations Invoice-related policies and latest changes of ministries and commissions, and promote changes and optimization of relevant internal processes and systems of the company 4. Other matters in the invoice center, such as docking/transfer of new business or new projects

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, accounting or financial management related majors are preferred 2. More than 5 years of financial related work experience, familiar with paper and electronic bill management standardization, and understand invoices Process details such as certification and tax declaration, financial process lean operation and system automation related project experience are preferred 3. Have good communication and coordination skills, strong self-driving ability and work enthusiasm, be brave in innovation and accept challenges, and be able to withstand A certain amount of work pressure 4. Clear thinking, well-organized expression, strong logical thinking ability, and can promote the progress of system and process optimization with result orientation 5. Fluent in Chinese and English, CET-6 and above are preferred.
