Financial Middle Office Product Leader（ Accounting Direction) - Management System

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for and plan the product direction of the group's financial accounting middle-end system (including revenue cost accounting engine, etc.), and carry out demand management, process design, function design, product design, etc. 2. In-depth participation in demand research and identification of users Pain points and difficulties, straighten out the process, conduct feasibility analysis and judgment, and produce high-quality PRD documents 3. Regularly collect feedback from customers on various functions of the product, continuously optimize and improve the product, and continuously improve the user experience and quality of the product. Operational efficiency 4. Benchmark the best practices of advanced enterprises, have a keen insight into business development and policy changes, learn and introduce new technologies/new products, and apply them in the company 5. Lead the production and research team to promote major iterations of the system landing.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or computer 2. Rich experience in financial information technology, familiar with corporate financial management 3. Have a certain product thinking, be able to think about problems from the perspective of users and propose a variety of solutions 4. Familiar with enterprise ERP software, for the integration of business and finance Have a deep understanding 5. Have experience in the implementation of multiple large-scale consulting projects, and the background of international consulting companies is preferred 6. Clear logical thinking ability and structured expression ability, with fast learning, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, good organizational, collaborative and independent decision-making abilities.
