Financial Accounting Center Senior Product Specialist - Management Systems

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for sorting out management needs, process design, function design, product design, etc. of the group's financial middle-end system (including cost accounting, accounting engine, financial accounting, etc.) 2. In-depth participation in demand research and identification of user pain points and difficulties 1. Straighten out the process, conduct feasibility analysis and judgment, write PRD, and be responsible for the tracking and control of requirements 3. Work closely with the technical team to quickly and efficiently promote the whole process of R&D, test release 4. Regularly collect customer products for various Functional feedback, continuous optimization and improvement of products, and continuous improvement of product user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
1. Senior working experience in financial system product design, experience in 0-1 construction of self-developed financial products in the Internet industry is preferred, with Good product design ability, able to independently complete PRD and interactive design prototype 2. Excellent project management ability, expression ability, strong execution ability, and good coordination and communication ability 3. Skilled use of product prototyping tools and project management and other tools, proficient in using tools such as Axure, Ink Knife, Visio, Project, etc. 4. Proficient in using SQL, able to independently conduct data analysis, and optimize products based on the analysis results 5. Good at thinking, clear logic, and good business skills Comprehension and business abstraction ability, systematic understanding of system architecture principles and product design methods 6. Experience in implementing Oracle, SAP, Kingdee, UFIDA financial erp software and products is preferred. 7. Good knowledge of financial accounting is preferred.
