What this job involves:
Building harmonious relationships
In this job, you will need to interact with various individuals from different departments to oversee invoice issuance. Your strong interpersonal skills will be beneficial as you will act as a leasing representative and guide prospective tenants in leasing the space. Additionally, you will participate in meetings with sales personnel, tenants, contractors, and clients to ensure the success of projects and activities. Moreover, you should be proficient in document processing and other administrative tasks assigned by the building manager.
Collecting and maintaining tenant records within the building. Preparing and creating purchase proposals for assets and materials. Controlling and managing the distribution of materials and equipment in the office to ensure cost-effectiveness. Receiving and recording service requests via telephone and coordinating with relevant parties. Collecting rental payments, service fees, and parking fees to update the employer's accounts and follow up on overdue payments. Summarizing petty cash for future reimbursement. Compiling utility usage summaries for water, cooling water, electricity, and monthly parking fees for tenants to issue invoices for billing. Summarizing expense check requests for various contracts. Summarizing and maintaining a register of outstanding monthly debts and maintaining debt control records. Controlling the issuance of temporary receipts and delivering original receipts to tenants.

Creativity is essential in your day-to-day responsibilities. You will be responsible for generating fresh ideas and managing document-related tasks, particularly in financial documentation for rent collection, using efficient tools such as JLL applications.
To ensure that everything is in place, you will need to keep an eagle eye on all advertising
copy and layouts, and edit scripts, video and audio tapes, and other promotional materials
to enhance our products and services.
