Job Description

The Role

Work independently for daily service work, such as project start up, installation, regular maintenance, customer's training and final acceptance sheet collects etc.
Be responsible for customer's call back, technical support and problem solving until closed
Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip and associate customer set up the machine spare part list.
Responsible for the management of local service workshops and on site workshops in responsible territory, including general management, assets management, work safety, fire protection and etc.
Manage service quotation / service contract and achieve service revenue target in responsible territory(If Applicable)
Working closely with sales team & project team to satisfy customer
Assist Service Manager or Service Team Leader to train new technician in technical skills, product knowledge in accordance with Atlas Copco's standard.
Provide technical and quality feedback to the technical specialist/Quality department according to customer's feedback
Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report
Working with another relevant department.
International service
Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by Service Team Leader or Manager

What we expect of you

Education:
Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

Experience:
At least 2 years experiences in aftermarket service of industry product
Service product sales experience are considered as the advantage

Knowledge:
MS office and PC skill is a must

Major in industrial control

Language:
Good command on English language, both written and spoken
Fluency in local dialect(s) is a plus
