The Field Applications Scientist visits regional customers, and to provide customer training and applications support for flow cytometry, cell imaging and microplate reader products.
Key responsibilities
1, Support current business and generate new business through providing advanced application and sales support.
2, To identify and engage with key customer accounts, both current and potential to define current and future requirement. Maintain good customer relationships, providing regular contact.
3, To organize and present seminar, user-groups and workshops when requires.
4, Demonstrate instruments in customer labs.
5, Provide additional customer training and application support maximise customer experience, satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
6, Maintain and develop knowledge of assigned products and their common applications, undertaking appropriate training where necessary.
Education/Qualification
1, Relevant life science or relevant fields master's degree essential.
2, Experienced in using microscopy and flow cytometry.
3, Language skills: English spoken and written.
4, Ability to travel at short notice.

1, Self-motivated and can work effectively with little supervision.
2, Problem solver under pressure.
3, Adaptable, able to flex to needs of customers, team and the business.
