Job Description

Summary

  1. Investigate and understand the market situation and master the operation of hotel and restaurants.
  2. Maintain and develop guests relationship.
  3. Attend the meeting of the food and beverage department, and hold a pre-shift meeting before the meal to assign takes and complete the upload and release work.
  4. Check and supervise the implementation of food quality, service quality, staff discipline and rules regulations.
  5. Organise and coordinate the internal relations of the restaurant and the contact between the restaurant and other relevant departments.
  6. Regularly evaluate the performance of subordinates, and organise the training of Chinese restaurant and Italian restaurant staff.
  7. Complete tasks specially assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  1. Basic qualities: Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and noble professional ethics.
  2. Natural conditions: Good health and dignified appearance.
  3. Education: College degree or above, with knowlege of catering management and catering service training.
  4. Work experience: More than 2 years experience in Cafe management, mastering the standards and requirement of restaurant.
  5. Special requirement: Good at evaluating employees, training employees and motivating them to work.
