Event Excellence Lead

The Position

Key Responsibilities

• Establish Business Process Management (BPM) mechanism in FSO and ensure the concept and structure be in line with FSO ambitions, strategy and organization.
• To comply with laws, regulations, company policy and SOP at all times, bear zero tolerance to non-compliance incident, and achieve high level of standard in regular auditing for the managed projects/events
• Responsible for Lead, define & implement event Data management strategy, optimization by leveraging technology and automation tools, and ensure event data healthy, building a sustainable digital ecosystem.
• Responsible for Lead, define & architecture event data model and shaping event data Standardization and meaningful dashboard to empower business.
• Responsible for support event efficiency lead to establish corporate event efficiency framework in mindset & behavior change and to ensure smooth implementation and to boost & support business achieving Patient Outcomes
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset required as well as good strong leadership in complex project, stakeholder management, communication, coaching and influencing skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor degree and master preferred
• 10 years+ experience in work experience in process and project management. A strong understanding of Lean 6 sigma
• 3 years+ experience in data management and system development
• Business acumen and solid business knowledge, well understand HCO management and event policy and SOP in pharma industry
• PMP and six Sigma cer tificate Black Belt will be a plus.
