EMC Engineer_BCSC

Job Description

1. Responsible for the EMC design, testing and rectification of vehicle-mounted DC-DC, DC-AC, main drive, electronic brake, electronic steering and other products
2. Responsible for communicating with hardware engineers on the design of the EMC part of the hardware circuit
3. Responsible for analyzing customer needs, discussing test items and test levels with customers, and writing test plans
4. Responsible for communicating with structural engineers to discuss the EMC solution of product structure
5. Responsible for communicating with test laboratories and certification agencies on EMC issues

Qualifications

1. Electronics, electrical, communications and other related majors
2. More than 3 years of experience in EMC design and rectification
3. Proficient in using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and other common EMC equipment
4. Familiar with the basic principles of analog circuits and digital circuits, understand the characteristics and applications of capacitors, inductors, magnetic beads and other devices, and understand the design of power supply filters
5. Understand the basic application of a simulation software, such as ANSYS, CST, Ltspice, etc.
6. Familiar with CISPR 25, ISO 7637 and other commonly used automotive EMC regulations
7. Strong learning ability and quick adaptation
8. Good communication, teamwork and English skills
