Responsibilities
1 1. Formulate and promote the strategies of merchants in the apparel industry, and be able to disassemble the business according to categories, merchants and commodities, and clearly formulate the rules and standards of each business 2. Discover and introduce merchants for new business platforms, and stratify the responsible merchants manage. Responsible for product investment promotion on new product platforms 3. Clarify consumer needs, monitor competition information, and continuously optimize consumer-side shopping guide strategies, product forms, pricing strategies, etc. 4. Analyze and diagnose issues such as industry merchants and front-end shopping guides through data analysis , and formulate solutions and implementation 5. Initiate and organize industry marketing, single-brand marketing voice activities, and create benchmark cases 6. Initiate and organize business and industry conferences to enhance the closeness of cooperation between the platform and businesses.
Qualifications
1. 5 years and above work experience, bachelor degree or above, familiar with online and offline channels and operation business models of e-commerce industry, familiar with E-commerce platform operation, brand company business background is preferred 2. Rich experience in business cooperation and negotiation, commodity invoicing management experience excellent innovative project management experience and marketing experience are preferred 3. Familiar with products in various domestic markets The characteristics of the industry belt, have in-depth research and understanding of the characteristics of the category 4. Be able to keenly capture market trends and consumer needs, and quickly make business judgments and corresponding capabilities 5. Have strong data processing and analysis capabilities, and be proficient Use a variety of office software, strong learning ability 6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, good organization and coordination skills.
