1. Responsible for the construction of Douyin content security governance strategy system, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement the governance process mechanism of problem discovery, definition, identification, disposal, and communication 2. Responsible for the strategy design and capacity building related to Douyin content security governance, and perceive content risks in advance through content discovery strategy design, algorithm model capacity building, etc. 3. Based on risk understanding, conduct in-depth analysis of content characteristics, user behavior and consumption paths, design content disposal strategies and continuously iterate and update 4. Plan business direction and goals, produce optimization ideas with long-term value, do a good job in project priority management, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in content strategy operation/recommendation strategy operation such as Internet video, and certain content and risk understanding ability 2. Strong data sensitivity, strong data analysis, use and summary capabilities, good at discovering and proving problems through data 3. Those with relevant experience in risk control strategy, security strategy, ecological strategy, recommendation strategy, etc. are preferred.
