Douyin Ecological Governance Operation Manager-Governance Communication Operation Direction

1. Responsible for communicating with external management departments, media and the public, and accurately conveying the governance and operation goals of the Douyin platform 2. Pay close attention to industry trends, media reports and public feedback, and respond to and deal with related issues in a timely manner 3. Develop systematic plans for key communication matters to enhance the outside world's awareness of platform governance and operation 4. Establish and maintain good communication channels to promote cooperation and exchanges between all parties.

1. 3-5 years of operational experience, media/public relations experience is preferred 2. Have excellent communication skills and be able to express opinions clearly and accurately 3. Have keen insight into external management policies, media environment and public needs, and be able to respond in a timely manner 4. Have strong coordination skills, be able to formulate comprehensive communication plans, and coordinate resources from all parties to promote implementation 5. Have good team spirit and stress resistance, and be able to complete tasks efficiently in a complex working environment.
