Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the animation and creative work related to the C-end user experience of Douyin Mall. Including not limited to the output of relevant solutions in the mall homepage, channels, usage growth and other related directions 2. Work with internal designers and business parties to gain insight into ideas and provide high-quality motion effects and creative solutions 3. Always pay attention to and analyze popular product designs Trends, research target user needs, experience appeals and aesthetic tendencies, and apply them in business and products 4. Able to complete systematic design planning, establish and iterate design specifications or component libraries.

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of Internet or mobile Internet design experience 2. Proficient in relevant design tools, with excellent dynamic effects, Creative execution and expressiveness (illustration, 3D, UX skills are preferred) 3. Have excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and can effectively collaborate with development, product and other team members 4. Pay attention to details, pursue perfection, and have user experience Insight. Strong interest in cutting-edge technology and design exploration, strong self-motivation, and experience in driving a team.
