Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the strategy formulation of community products and responsible for the overall indicators. Understand the operating principles of image and text communities, and be able to think about scene correlation and independent value from the overall image and text community business 2. In-depth insight into user needs and pain points, define core issues related to traffic, design reasonable recommendation strategies and necessary traffic tools, and improve The activity of consumers and creators improves distribution efficiency and user experience 3. Through data analysis and product research, discover problems and opportunities in traffic distribution, and formulate clear product planning and goal implementation paths 4. Collaborate with other products, Algorithm, operations and other teams work together to promote the realization of business goals. Formulate product optimization directions, track product effects, continue operations and iterations, and promote continuous product iterations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more experience in recommendation strategy, experience in short videos/graphics, and community products Priority will be given to candidates 2. Have excellent data analysis skills, strong logical thinking ability, and be able to structurally dismantle and analyze problems 3. Have excellent content understanding, be able to abstract the essence of the problem from different cases, and design corresponding solutions Mechanism to solve problems 4. Have excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, and have the ability to solve complex problems 5. Be able to skillfully use SQL, etc. for data analysis, computer, statistics and other related majors are preferred.
