The Role

The Director Talent Management is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing talent strategies and initiatives across the organization.

• Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and ensure they support the overall talent management strategy.
• Leverage HR technologies, such as Workday, to run and continuously enhance the talent processes and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends and make recommendations to continually improve programs/processes/experiences.

Who You Are

• Strong experience implementing talent programs and delivering results. Experience with Workday is preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience leading large scale, global talent initiatives and delivering results.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations to improve talent management practices.
• Sourcing, selection, and management of vendors where appropriate.
