Hang Seng Digital Banking is currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Digital Optimization Manager.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of optimization programmes, including the gathering, communication and documentation of project requirements, problem solving and data analysis
  • Lead optimization projects to drive out best in class digital channel experience and sales with tracking performance against KPIs, e.g. traffic, conversion or other site activity
  • Ensure optimization activity is underpinned by User Concept Design principles and can be efficiently scoped, designed, developed, deployed and measured via engaging the necessary resources as required
  • Compile actionable, timely and user-friendly analytic reports inclusive of insights and recommendations to facilitate digital channel / product owners in developing and prioritizing optimization strategies with the aims of maximizing revenue generation and business growth
  • Help to identify gaps in overall data capture framework and solution's capability / enhancement collaboratively with digital banking infrastructure team, IT and external vendors
  • Contribute to the improvement of Optimization Analysis through support and coaching in web analytics/reporting/optimization techniques in line with Digital as a Channel principle.

Requirements:

University degree in relevant qualifications with 3-5 years working experience in relevant role e.g. Digital experience optimization, Digital Banking, Analytics, Technology, Finance, etc. Hands-on experience in operating mainstream analysis and optimization tools e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Optimizely, etc. Strong Excel and other data visualization skills (e.g. Tableau) for preparing custom reports or creating dashboards Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and able to comprehend complicated business dynamics Great sense of ownership and responsibility with customer-oriented mindset to ensure effective and favorable customer journey Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese and Putonghua (preferable).
