Through Amazon Global Selling, sellers of different types and s can directly reach Amazon's 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts including 150 million+ Prime customers, as well as millions of business buyers in worldwide Amazon marketplaces. In China, the Global Selling team is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting these businesses long-term success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

We're now seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, data-driven, deadline-oriented marketing manager to drive new seller onboarding experience. In this role, you will be dive deep into new seller on-boarding and early success journey, drive prospects to launch conversion, and facilitate new Sellers onboarding and ramp-up in their early days through marketing initiatives.

. Design and execute the sellers on-boarding experience from potential prospects to post-launch
. Define KPIs, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve
. Design and implement scalable marketing programs to drive prospects-to-launch conversion and high value products adoption
. Identify effective channels, including but not limited to social, email, live broadcast, etc. to implement sellers experience improvement
. Discover seller on-boarding insights t o optimize on-boarding process and offerings
. Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, account management, business intelligence, and product teams
. Manage agency partners and control relevant budget.
Basic Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of work experience related to CRM management, digital marketing or content planning.
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, strong presentation and written English required.
  • Relentlessly high standards and an eagle eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to earn trust and lead on complex projects.
