Responsible for the C-end product design of international short video products that affect hundreds of millions of users, and undertake product design in the main architecture direction 2. Be able to deeply refine the concepts based on some early product ideas, explore solutions that can meet user needs, and support product innovation 3. Be able to independently undertake key projects and have good UI visual capabilities 4. Be able to deeply use and experience products, understand business, and be able to drive to discover needs from data and user research, and transform them into feasible designs. Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of experience in C-end Internet product design projects 2. Full product design capabilities, and excellent product and data thinking 3. Strong self-drive and learning ability, pay attention to precipitation and summary and review 4. Good communication and collaboration skills, optimistic and positive, and able to adapt to the fast working rhythm 5. Love product design, keep curious about unknown things, have an international perspective and background, and be able to use English as the working language 6. Bonus points: Web design experience, user research, animation skills, data analysis, and technology implementation.
