The position

  1. As Assistant to the department of MIT IFP (Injectable Finish Products) Tianjin, your role is to support the department in daily management tasks, while also providing administrative support to the whole MIT IFP Tianjin team.
  2. Manage the director calendar, including making sure that annual calendar events and 1:1s are booked in due time.
  3. Assist the director and MIT IFP Tianjin team in practical arrangements regarding meeting preparation. This includes scheduling, booking of venue, catering, minute taking and distribution of minutes in alignment with director.
  4. Work with IFP Tianjin assistant group to support site communication follow up.
  5. Involve in key management initiative implementation, including HR activities, finance follow up activities, training activities, Lean management, etc.
  6. Arrange regular connects with other MIT IFP sites, incl. MIT IFP management meeting and cross site meeting.
  7. Department Administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ yr (BS) Degree in Business Administration, English,
  • Computer Science, Project Management, or other relevant fields.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication skills and working responsibility
  • Highly experienced with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Experience with stakeholder management
