Rexroth is a leading international brand for industrial solutions and a part of the Bosch Group. Following fast development of infrastructure projects, off-road machinery industry is experiencing strong growth since many years in China. We as Bosch Rexroth are delivering components and software solutions to major China off-road machinery OEMs. To satisfy the stricter emission requirements and following the rise of new energy vehicle technology, our target is to electrify off-road vehicles, such as construction and material handling vehicles. We are designing 400V-800V new energy system and software solutions for our customers and looking for new team members to enable our fast growth. You will be a part of our customer project team to create innovative, environmentally friendly solutions for our customers.

• Lead customer application and product development projects, achieve high-quality delivery to internal/external customers.
• Develop the project management process and product development process for the new business.
• Lead project planning activity, review all project plans to ensure the high quality of project planning.
• Coach new project managers.
• Communicate internally and externally to ensure stake holder satisfaction.
• Communicate with suppliers for on time and high-quality delivery.
• Organize project meetings and reviews.
• Lead the team to establish fighting spirit, create a thrive for best team culture.

Qualifications

Requirements

• The candidate should have more than 8 years of project or team leadership experience, more than 5 years of solid product development experience in the field of electrification.
• Have good understanding regarding the key components of an EV system, such as e-motor, inverter, DCDC, gearbox, PDU etc.
• Have extensive past experience working with external suppliers with good track record. Experience in both passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle is a big pl us.
• Good skills with project management tools.
• Have sound knowledge in engineering and product development processes, process development experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge on HV e-drive system typology, know the technical trend of e-drive systems and the sub-components.
• Open minded, excellent interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset, should track record of thriving to create value for customer.
• The candidate should be innovative, and always try to achieve the best possible results.
