Data Privacy Counsel

A popular hospitality tech platform is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its global legal team, based in Hong Kong. This role involves monitoring and advising the business on compliance with global data privacy regulations, and staying up-to-date with relevant regulatory updates. If required, this role will also take part in managing data incidents across the region. You will also provide support to the team on daily commercial matters, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts, and offering legal advice on business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a junior lawyer with strong data privacy experience, though experienced paralegals will also be considered. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required. WS10382
