Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the investment estimation, design budget, construction drawing budget preparation and review of self-built data center projects, responsible for the preparation of contract planning and fund use plans for each stage 2. Responsible for the preparation of target costs based on project investment estimates and project plans, formulating prevention and process control goals, and effectively managing and reducing costs responsible for the calculation and review of various design changes, negotiations and on-site visas 3. Collaboratively participate in the bidding and procurement work of various bidding sections of the project (such as pile foundation, civil engineering general contracting, electromechanical subcontracting, fine decoration subcontracting, etc.), and be responsible for the bidding and procurement plans, bidding documents, bills of quantities, preparation of base reference prices, commercial bid clearance, bid evaluation, contract signing, etc. of department-led bidding sections such as Party A equipment and independent professional subcontracting (such as dynamic environment, BA, liquid cooling, etc.) 4. Be responsible for the cost control of the entire project process, collaboratively prepare the overall settlement plan of the project, participate in settlement negotiations and final settlement price approval 5. Participate in the economic review of design schemes at each stage, propose optimization schemes from a cost perspective, and provide cost indicators and evaluation data for preliminary scheme determination and economic evaluation 6. Be responsible for post-economic evaluation and summary and analysis of cost data indicators of delivered projects be responsible for benchmarking with industry cost conditions and understanding of dynamic information.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering cost, civil engineering, engineering management, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical and related majors 2. More than 5 years of cost work experience, major in civil engineering or electromechanical and more than 3 years of experience in the whole process of data center project cost work, of which the main responsibility is no less than 3 projects with no less than 1,000 cabinets, and has experience as a cost manager of park-level data center projects 3. Familiar with the dynamic development and information of the data center industry, familiar with the characteristics of various data center architectures, cost characteristics, cost indicators and market price information of various equipment and materials 4. Able to skillfully prepare and review project pre-settlement, familiar with budget quotas and bill of quantities pricing system 5. Strong logic, sensitive to data, passionate about the data center industry, rigorous and meticulous work, strong communication and coordination skills and team spirit, and able to withstand strong work pressure. 6. Strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly adapt to new environments and work atmospheres, and have good professional ethics and professional conduct.
