Responsibilities
1. Through business understanding, build a complete platform governance indicator system and data monitoring system to effectively disclose business progress and risks 2. Starting from the governance issues such as market environment, industry, merchants, and authors, reasonably quantify governance standards, analyze and understand the current situation and impact of the problem, propose valuable business opportunities, and assist business decision-making 3. Independently undertake complex analysis tasks, good at using various data analysis technologies, implement in-depth data diagnosis, and be able to precipitate key analysis ideas and promote productization process 4. Actively carry out cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and actively promote business development and improvement 5. Organize relevant teams to train data product concepts, skills, and tools to promote the data operation of business departments 6. Responsible for the planning, design and promotion of the websites of e-commerce business, and establish an A/B Test iteration system.
Qualifications
1. 1 year or more of data analysis experience, with experience in e-commerce or platform governance, and majors in computer, statistics, and mathematics are preferred 2. Have a knowledge framework for building a data index system, have experience in building an index system master basic data analysis methods, are familiar with A/B experiments and causal inference, have certain experience in implementing data into business, and have professional analysis report writing skills 3. Be proficient in using Excel, proficient in SQL, Hive, and at least proficient in using one data visualization analysis tool, and those who are good at R and Python are preferred 4. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong stress resistance, and strong coordination and promotion skills.
