Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Handle quality complaints from clients and organize Correspond internally to prevent the occurrence of major client issues and achieve customer quality goals
2. Deliver the Voice of Customers (VOC), promote improvements in local factories horizontally, compile and summarize improvement reports, and track results
3. Regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement satisfaction improvement activities
4. Lead the client's ECN certification promotion and result tracking and feedback internally
5. Receive and organize customers Audit of the factory
6. Organize regular quality meetings for clients
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering
2. Familiar with TFT-LCD/OLED production process, more than two years of work experience
3. Familiar with basic defects of LCD/OLED and ability to preliminary analyze defects
4. Good expression skills, communication skills and logical thinking ability
5. Applicants with certain experience in mobile phone-related products, module experience, and English communication experience are preferred
Required majors: Science and engineering majors
Other requirements: None
Language requirements: No limit, those with English communication experience are preferred
