Job Responsibilities
1.Issue customer complaint response
2.Market return product analysis and FAR report
3.DOA and sorting related data collection to promote continuous improvement within the factory
4.Customer cooperation projects, research, regular meetings, etc.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. 3 years or more of relevant work experience in customer quality service in the display industry
2. Clear logical thinking
3. Strong customer communication skills
4. Excellent PPT report ability, positive and motivated candidates are preferred
Required major: Science and engineering related
Other requirements: Able to adapt to irregular short-term business trips
Language requirements: CET4CET6
