Responsibilities
1. Establish good cooperative relationships with leading customers in the local industry, participate in the actual operations of customers, and understand and discover customer needs for data, usage pain points, etc. 2. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of customer operation experience, familiar with the business model of catering/wine tourism/any comprehensive industry 2. Have good internal and external communication skills, be able to establish long-term and stable collaborative relationships with external customers, think about issues from the perspective of customer needs and interests, and have deep involvement in customer success cases/methodologies in the past 3. Data sensitive, possess Have certain data insight and analysis capabilities, be able to find problems and opportunities from a large amount of data, and provide implementable solutions 4.
