Timely drafting and review of contractual material including customer contracts, vendor subcontracts, SOWs, CRs, NDA, teaming agreement, etc., for customer engagement required in different project and programme milestones.
Advise and clarify to project leads on the customer's specifications and expectations including scope, schedule, SLAs, acceptance and milestones in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
Collaborating with project leads and other Contract Managers to clarify and define the specifications and expectations of the vendors including scope, schedule, SLAs, acceptance and milestones in accordance with project requirements.
Closely working with group legal, procurement and finance teams to negotiate and construct different customer and vendor pricing models to senior management consideration based on different project requirements and scenarios.
Management and reporting of project delivery status including tracking the on-time and quality delivery of the services and goods to customer to facilitate prompt invoicing to customers and payments to vendors.
Advising project leads on contractual concerns that could impact the project SLAs and vendor performances.
Management and reporting of vendors including tracking the on-time and quality delivery of the subcontracted services and goods received note to facilitate prompt invoicing to customers and payments to vendors.
Acting as point of escalations to commercial team management regarding customer PMO concerns and vendors management on services, quality, payments and change requests.
Development and management of professional relationships with customer stakeholders and approved vendors including their management, PMO, project leads, end users.
Meeting with suitable customers to review their requirements, negotiate pricing and communicate any contract-related concerns.
Meeting with approved vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
Document, review and follow up meeting outcomes with customers, vendors and project stakeholders
Reporting to Business Management Lead in various reporting and project management matters.
Requirements
Degree in Law, Contract Management, Procurement, Business Administration or Information Technology or related disciplines (essential)
5-8 years of related work experience as Contract Management / Procurement Professional in sizable organization (essential)
Good knowledge of technology agreements like Cloud Services, Software, Hardware and Professional Service (essential)
High level of integrity, work ethics and good moral values (essential)
Ability to establish, influence and maintain collaborative partnerships and engage in effective negotiations with a broad range of parties. (preferable)
Knowledge of market and ability to understand where it is heading able to translate this information into impact on the business
A competent understanding of financial information (essential)
