Responsibilities
1. Target management : Construct and iterate the experience index system, perform attribution interpretation, and build a target management mechanism 2. Special analysis: Through quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, etc., to mine potential risks and opportunities in the process of user content experience, and regularly output special data Analysis report 3. Drive business: based on data insights into the pain points of user content consumption experience, propose systematic solutions, link content review and recommendation algorithms, optimize content experience, and help business growth 4. Effect verification: Based on insight results, carry out strategies Output and iteration, output strategy and experimental design plan, and follow up strategy effect evaluation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, mathematics, statistics, computer related majors are preferred 2. Good at communication, strong business understanding ability, Strong interest in data analysis 3. Experience in optimizing product decision-making through data 4. Proficient in using Hive, proficient in SQL/Excel/Python/R and other tools.
