Role: Concierge

Reports To: Building Manager

Supervisor: Building Manager/Asst. Building Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Manage the front desk and lobby area
  • Greet and assist all residents and visitors throughout the day, maintaining at all times the highest levels of helpfulness and friendliness
  • Monitor their needs and respond to service related emergencies as needed
  • Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality
  • Work with the management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to residents and their visitors and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Responsible for telephone line answering and service requests
  • Able to provide general information regarding the property and its surrounding to residents and visitors and assist with booking of services if required
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and/or use of supplies
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc admin assignments
  • Act as eyes and ears in absence of Management staff


  • Thai nationality (Male/Female) Bachelor's degree in hospitality, events, general management, business administration or equivalent
  • 1+ years of concierge experience in hospitality (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
  • Customer service-minded
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (essential)
  • Proficiency of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook - not afraid of using new technologies
  • Required to work flexible hours including after hours or weekends
  • Well-organized with strong attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and fast learner
  • Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction
