Community User Operations Manager- Understand car emperor

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the user operation of Chedi Cheyou Circle, formulate and implement operation strategies, and increase scale and influence 2. Guide and create a good atmosphere in the circle according to the demands of different groups of people, ensure the authenticity of the content, and increase user stickiness 3. Expand and maintain core users, increase the scale of top creators and continuous creative motivation, and improve content quality 4. Through practice and data analysis, timely adjust operation strategies, propose key improvement plans and promote them.

Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in Internet user operations or automotive related operations, and experience in car enthusiasts and community operations is preferred 2 , Have passion for life, be willing to deal with people, have comprehensive operational capabilities such as event planning, content control, and strategy promotion 3, Pay attention to details and user experience, be able to actively seek solutions to problems, and have strong self-motivation 4. Have correct values and empathy, have a strong sense of responsibility and a certain ability to withstand pressure.
