Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Administrator role to handle the administrative work in media team
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the media & communications team including issuing news summary, press release and video release
  • Provide support for the logistics of media events, including application of permits, transportation arrangements, account keeping, etc.
  • House-keeping for the team's assets and equipment
  • Assist when issue or crisis arises in a timely manner
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Facility Management, Public Relations, Journalisms/Communications or the related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Experience in media organizations/ government/statutory bodies/public sector organizations would be an advantage
  • General knowledge and interest in news industry, traditional and social media
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proactive and be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
