Your Role and Responsibilities

El especialista debe estar en capacidad de implementar y Administrar servidores StandAlone y /O Cluster para asegurar la integridad, disponibilidad, incluyendo atencin de requerimientos, cambios, alertamientos e incidentes: incluida deteccin, diagnstico (Plan y gestin de Causa Raz)

Actualizar Versiones producto, fixes, Service Pack, garantizar y mantener las ltimas versiones soportadas de los productos, Aplicacin de workarounds en los casos posibles y creacin de planes de trabajos de cambios

Presentar evidencias de cumplimiento de carcter regulatorio y de seguridad, as como la aplicacin de remediacin en caso de ser detectado.

Cumplimiento de los procesos internos segn los lineamientos de la organizacin en Pro de garantizar la calidad y el servicio para nuestro recurso ms valioso nuestros cliente
