In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join the high potential and promising business of Philips Monitoring.
You are responsible for

• Establishing a qualified standard customer application training workflow.
• Delivering application training to regional key account hospitals to maintain good customer relationship.
• Managing third party training vendors to deliver qualified application training for non-key account hospitals.
• Coordinating and delivering application training to internal teams including CS, sales and dealers.
• Setting up customer application training centers and organize training activities.
• Making up and update application training material.
• Conducting application related clinical trials.
• Organizing customer experience sharing activities like user club.
• Supporting local marketing activities within budget planned.

You are a part of
Clinical Application Team, delivering clinical application training of Patient Care to area and major account customers to maintain good customer feedback.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Qualifications in critical care medicine, internal medicine, surgery or anesthesiology.
• Good execution capability and strong desire for success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing character.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Good skill for Microsoft office software, fluent English in both written and oral
