Chip Manufacturing Management (Beijing)

1. Responsible for researching and evaluating domestic and foreign supply chain companies required in the chip research and development process, including but not limited to EDA, IP, Design Service, FAB, OSAT, etc. 2. Responsible for technical cooperation with the above-mentioned companies, including solution communication, collaborative research and development, Mass production introduction, etc. 3. Collaborate with the above-mentioned companies to solve various problems encountered during the production and delivery process, including but not limited to performance verification issues, yield issues, production capacity issues, etc. 4. Solving abnormal problems during the chip production process . Timely discover and deal with production abnormalities, formulate improvement countermeasures, follow up on the implementation of countermeasures and improve results.

1. Bachelor degree or above, microelectronics, automation, electronic engineering and other related majors are preferred 2. Understand the entire chip supply chain Process, including EDA, IP, Design Service, FAB, OSAT, etc. 3. Have a good understanding of international and domestic chip supply chains, and have experience in actual docking and cooperation 4. Understand semiconductor processes, at least 2-3 years in FAB, packaging factory or Product engineering experience in a chip design company 5. Good teamwork spirit, serious and responsible work attitude 6. Good communication skills, fluent in English reading and writing.
