1. Job responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and solutions to customers through telephone communication
  2. Collect complaints and customer opinions, and accurately record customer problems and corresponding situations in the system
  3. Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner, and report customer opinions to superiors
  4. Corresponds to other business arranged by the superior.

Basic Qualifications :
Second, Basic job requirements:
  1. Japanese abilityLevel 1 or above, fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing, no obvious accent
  2. More than two years in Japan Study abroad or work experience or more than three years of working experience in Japanese
  3. Familiar with business Japanese and how to use honorifics
  • Able to accept shift work and night shift work system
  • Flexible thinking and quick response
  • Understanding Japanese business culture
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, have a good service spirit and a sense of teamwork
  • Three, Quality-based job requirements:
    1. Call center work experience is preferred
    2. Proficient in using the Internet, experience in e-commerce or shopping websites is preferred
