Responsiabilities
1. Crowd strategy formulation: Through qualitative or quantitative methods, in-depth analysis of the needs and behavioral characteristics of specific groups (such as silver hair/couple/single, etc.), formulate targeted marketing strategies, and improve the scale of target groups 2. Event planning and implementation: independently complete the activity planning and execution based on the target group, including event theme design, resource integration, promotion strategy formulation, etc. to ensure the achievement of activity goals. Through event review and data analysis, continuously optimize activity strategies and operation methods to improve event effects and user experience 3. Crowd operation tool optimization: collaborate with product/research and development teams to promote the development and implementation of relevant tools and functions of crowd operation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in user operation, crowd operation, marketing, etc., and people with experience in crowd operation in life service industry (such as catering, takeaway, hotel tourism, in-store comprehensive, etc.) are preferred 2. Familiar with life service business, those with experience in crowd operation in silver, couples, singles, etc. are preferred 3. Strong data analysis ability, able to discover problems through data and propose solutions 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills and team spirit, able to efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams to promote project implementation 5. Have a certain degree of resilience, responsibility and subjective initiative, willing to go deep into business scenarios, be responsible for business results, be able to actively discover problems and actively promote solutions.
