Your role
-Perform data extraction to fulfill marketing programs requirements
-Assist in campaign management including target customer selection, campaign execution and customer response tracking
-Execute targeted marketing campaigns via SMS, MMS, hotspot, email and telesales to existing and potential customers
-Monitor campaign response, perform post-launch analysis and make recommendation for further improvement
-Maintain a high quality of customer database and drive the enhancement of campaign management system in collaboration with IT team
To succeed in this role
-University graduatepreferably in Statistics/Quantitative Analysis/Business Administration
-1-2 years working experience indatabase marketing/or analytical marketing/campaign management
-Proficiency in relational databases - SQL, SAS, Python and VBA, with knowledge and experience on Excel, Access
-Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under tight timeline
-Self-motivated and able to accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
