We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager.
Business:Wholesale IT
Principal responsibilities

• Strategies & transformation
• Define and execute strategies for WSIT FEMS in line with WSIT strategies
• Champion new ways of working across FEMS
• Act as one-point contact for transformation activities, role reviews, work closely with stake holders and help to migrate, insource and recruit
• Location Strategy Execution
• Workforce management
• Understand workforce requirements/plans for FEMS and create operational structure to support execution of plans
• Works closely with Value stream PMs to confirm and deliver workforce requirements
• Champions local workforce strategy and ensures strong adherence
• Drives effective onboarding and offboarding processes
• Vendor management
• Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with Vendors and ensures strong management and understanding of Vendor demand pipeline
• Vendor rationalization, Vendor consolidation
• Value for Money - proactive review of roles and vendor spread, fixed price contract reviews
• Facilitate non perm hiring
• Finance
• Ensures local inputs into annual Financial planning process
• Cost Tracking & Analysis to revenue leakage /loss
• Recommend solutions to save cost
• Accruals
• Compliance & Governance
• Timesheet compliance, Mandatory trainings
• Organization design
• EC/Pioneer clean up
• Proactive monitoring of KPI parameters to ensure FEMS is 100% compliant
• Communication
• Manage leadership communications and cascades as required
• Ensure appropriate external communications and events take place to support level of recruitment and onboarding

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have analysis and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to understand customer requirements and concerns and ensure results meet their expectations
• Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively in line with business priorities
• Willingness to own work and problems and see through to completion and to resolve issues with limited assistance
• Ability to contribute to a larger team and a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• Experience of programme/project reporting to senior stakeholders
• Have some financial management / financial data analysis experience
• Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
• Have both a teamwork and self-starter approach
• Ability and commitment to deliver to tight deadlines
• Creative and problem solving mentality
• Aptitude towards system/business analysis
