Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the systematic construction related to the design of the Douyin brand, including the establishment of brand mentality and brand design language to demonstrate the unique charm and image of the Douyin brand system 2. Continuously build & improve brand assets according to the business development stage, and be responsible for the brand Standardize and manage to ensure that brand design is consistent with the overall strategy 3. Maintain sensitivity to design trends and industry dynamics, explore business innovation points, and maintain close cooperation with the marketing team and product team to enhance the overall brand's visibility and influence.

Qualifications

1. Have experience and professional knowledge in the field of brand design, more than 3 years of work experience, and be able to independently complete various brand design tasks 2. Have an in-depth understanding of the Douyin platform and user characteristics, and be able to design the brand according to business development and the needs of the target audience 3. Have excellent project execution capabilities and initiative, and be able to transform business strategies into brand creative solutions, And deliver high-quality design works 4. Be proficient in design software and tools, have certain visual expression, and have bonus points for three-dimensional and dynamic effects.
