Big data (advanced) R&D Engineer

1. Responsible for the continuous optimization of the user experience of short videos of Toutiao products 2. Constructing short video-related data warehouse, analysis and reporting systems 3. Designing and optimizing the video playback QoS data reporting mechanism and building an APM system oriented to user experience 4. By building real-time data analysis, we build an intelligent playback scheduling strategy and an automatic alarm attribution system.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communications and other related majors, two years or more of full-time work experience 2. Have solid experience Programming ability, excellent design and code taste, and independent code implementation ability 3. Deep understanding of computer principles, and good data structure and algorithm foundation 4. Familiar with data collection, cleaning and warehousing, statistical calculation, and Web display core Key points, can achieve indicator calculation requirements 5. Familiar with at least one distributed framework, such as Hadoop/YARN, Hive, Spark, Storm, Kafka, etc., experience in Flink real-time processing is preferred 6. Excellent understanding and communication skills, able to quickly understand the business background, strong sense of responsibility, and good team communication and collaboration skills 7. Applicants with experience in big data processing, data platforms, data warehouses or data mining algorithms are preferred.
