Responsiabilities
1. Discover simple and universal ideas for optimizing large models and apply them to models of various scales to improve the effect 2. Promote model optimization work such as data construction, instruction fine-tuning, preference alignment, and continuing pre-training to improve model quality and adaptability 3. Explore the more complex understanding, reasoning and generation capabilities of large models under complex instructions, long context, and multiple rounds of dialogue 4. Optimize model effects based on language processing, content creation, education tutor, role-playing, complex Agents, AI search and tools, code assistants and other services and applications 5. Promote the evaluation of large models, especially the construction of evaluation sets and the construction of automation evaluation capabilities in complex scenarios (multi-round dialogue, open fields) 6. In-depth research and exploration of more usage scenarios of large models in ToB enterprise services, and expand the application scope of models, such as search, recommendation, advertising, creation, customer service and office.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, more than 1 year of algorithm research and development experience, and candidates with relevant directions, technology and research background are preferred 2. Excellent code ability, data structure and basic algorithm skills, C/C++ or Python proficiency 3. Top conference articles in the field (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ACL, KDD, etc.), and winning programming/AI competitions (ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle, etc.) 4. Those who are familiar with NLP-related algorithms and technologies, have good research records in related fields are preferred those who are familiar with large model pre-training, SFT and RL algorithms are preferred 5. In the field of big models, those who dominate projects or papers that have excessive influence are preferred 6. Excellent independent analysis and problem-solving ability, able to deeply solve problems in the optimization and application of big models good self-drive and communication and collaboration skills, able to explore new technologies with the team and promote technological progress.
