Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)
Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1.Provide a smooth customer om-boarding journey at city level

2.Process customer due diligence and managing FCC risk
3. to deliver basic banking service to Corporate customer

4.have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies. To be able to sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.University degree or above (recognized by the state)

2.Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills

3.Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure

4.Presentable, outgoing and persuasive

5.Good spoken and written English is preferable
