Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support the Consumer Banking division's operational and strategic objectives
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience
- Participate in the design and implementation of data-related projects and initiatives
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through the implementation of appropriate controls and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a data/business analyst role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business requirements
