This role will support the team to manage and implement product marketing campaigns (product launch/promotion offers) which involve the development of product positioning, product materials and various communication materials.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in product launch/revamp/maintenance projects by producing high quality/professional product brochures and digital materials on time for different regions as well as bank channel. Able to clearly communicate the agreed product propositions to our customers throughout our communication platforms
  • Initiate and implement promotional campaigns, both tactical and product promotions in good quality under very tight timeline. Liaise and coordinate with related teams to ensure the campaigns are properly delivered to customers, agents and bank partner.
  • Assist in customer centric communications project to drive simplicity and clarity of our customer-facing marketing materials. Work closely with external creative agencies/suppliers to develop impactful and professional materials supported by customer-friendly design and layout development
  • Assist to manage the team budget by ensuring the project costs are reasonable and acceptable. Participate in the negotiation process with vendors to form a win-win contractual agreement which complies with the procurement process
  • Take part in regulatory/special projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably major in Marketing/Communications/Business
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience gained in insurance industry
  • Proven experience in developing communications materials and coordinating product launch campaigns
  • Strong ability to understand customers needs and translate the technical product information to customer-friendly language
  • Solid life insurance background
  • Excellent project management and organisational skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under tight timeline
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chines word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
