Assistant IT Project Manager - CIC's Subsidiary

1. a recognized degree in Information Technology, or other related discipline
2. a minimum of 7 years post-qualification work experience in digital projects / application development and with track records in IT project management
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile / Scrum Master or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
4. Broad spectrum of IT Enterprise application knowledge, good emerging technologies knowhow and experience in managing project related to Property Management System (PMS), IT Infrastructure, system configuration & security, software testing, Web Service / WebAPI
5. Solid understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and infrastructure components
6. proactive, self-confident, open-minded, a team player with a can do attitude and good interpersonal skills and
7. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

1. To support the operations team to plan and implement relevant technology and system to drive for operations excellence
2. To lead and manage IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met
3. To define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with operations team and other internal stakeholders
4. To monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project risks and issues
5. To conduct trouble-shooting / incident support, and to ensure all system incidents / issues are resolved professionally, on-site investigation might be required during the critical projects development / deployment phases
6. To evaluate and identify potential risks throughout the projects, to manage and to mitigate risks when deemed necessary, to delivery solutions or contingency measures
7. To supervise outsourced contractor's staff in providing onsite technical support
8. To ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within the agreed scope and within budget
9. To handle ad-hoc tasks or project initiatives and
10. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Chairman / CEO / Deputy CEO (Operations) of the CIC's subsidiary from time to time.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
