Area Manager

Your Role

• Leada team for development, planning & design, provisioning and maintenance of outside plant network, coordinating all road opening ordinance related issues, provisioning of solution design for broadband rollout, resolving issues relating to building access requirements
• Interact with government parties, utility undertakers and internal parties to fulfill stipulated ordinance requirements of road opening activities to secure company benefits
• Prepare and monitor the OPEX and CAPEX budgets of projects to ensure the network is provided in a cost-effective manner
• Provide technical support for complex technical issues in site access acquisition, installation and maintenance implementation
• Provide technical and solution design for broadband project rollout in existing buildings
• Implement contractor management support to enhance performance and meet predefined targets
• Perform analysis and statistics of the quality objectives
• Monitor and control contractor performance of outside plant services, liaise with internal working partners to deliver smooth and effective service support chain

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent discipline with 10 years working experiences, or High Cert. with 12 years working experiences in Telecommunications industry. Special consideration will be given to those with sufficient experience recognized by the company but without the required qualification
• Capable of fulfilling and negotiating the project requirements with both internal and external parties
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, strong sense of innovative and adaptability to meet with Company's business need
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
