Command the knowledge of customer status and develop the target market. Follow up responsible customers in one's own territory and optimize the use of expenses budget.
Master customer information to develop the target Market, follow up on key accounts responsible, optimize the use of budgeted expenditures
Manage suitable distributor network in the area, set annual sales target for appointed distributors, assist and monitor performance of Distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.
Manage the regional distribution network, formulate annual sales tasks for designated distributors, assist and monitor the sales performance of distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved. Completed
Speed up channel development with distributors to have a better coverage of end users
Assist in the establishment of dealer distribution network and strengthen the coverage of end customers in the region
Develop and maintain customers, increase in-market sales
Develop and maintain key customers, increase sales output of end customers
Observe competitors closely, cooperate with tendering team and follow up the process in the area
Observe market competition in the region, work closely with the bidding team, and follow up the bidding process in the region
Market data collection and site assessment for potential prospects . Provide insights and trends to regional managers on a regular basis
Collect market data and evaluate potential prospects at fixed points, and report trends to regional managers regularly
Set up and develop sales team in the area via training, coaching and delegation.
Develop career development plans for subordinates, and improve regional key account sales teams through training and delegation.
Work closely with central and region marketing team so as to exploit full marketing intelligence
Coordinate with CC and other support team in order to support sales effort
Assist the CC team and other support teams to fully support sales activities

Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Education& QualificationsEducational background and professional qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree
Bachelor's or master's degree in clinical diagnosis or related science or business degree
Conversational communication in both spoken and written English
Ability to communicate proficiently in both spoken and written English
Good command of MS office software application
Proficient in using Microsoft office software
ExperienceWork experience:
At least 8 years similar sales experience in the relevant industry with at least 5 years in managerial role
At least 8 years of sales experience in related industries, and 5 years of experience in management positions
Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus
Experience in market and channel development is especially preferred< /p>
