1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication and other related majors 2. More than 2 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java or Kotlin programming language, and have a certain understanding of Android underlying technology 3. Have a solid programming foundation, good programming habits, be able to design a good code structure, and continuously iterate and reconstruct 4. Be positive and optimistic, have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and meticulously, have good team communication and collaboration skills, and have a certain product and business awareness 5.
