Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall implementation of the horizontal projects of the AML team, participate in and lead the project planning, promotion and delivery throughout the life cycle, and participate in and manage large-scale machine learning cooperation projects 2. Represent the AML team, communicate with business teams including Toutiao, Douyin, advertising technology, etc., and follow up on the smooth implementation and delivery of important machine learning cooperation projects throughout the process 3. Represent the AML team, collaborate with many basic teams including computing engines, distributed storage, business analysis, etc., jointly manage and plan high-priority cooperation projects of the AML team, improve budget management and allocation mechanisms, and jointly iterate the medium- and long-term basic development route 4. Adhere to the value concept of data-driven, use the concept and rigorous attitude of building products to develop and improve the core indicator system of the machine learning middle platform 5. Guide and train the backbone members of the AML team, improve project management level, optimize team collaboration efficiency, and promote knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of project management/Internet technology/products and other related experience 2. Excellent communication skills, able to lead project discussions and guide participants to reach effective consensus 3. Good at thinking deeply about problems, excellent logical thinking and analysis skills 4. Strong learning ability, good business understanding ability, and independently undertake project management work. Bonus: 1. Have fluent English communication skills 2.
