Responsible for the business analysis, strategy proposals, implementation tracking, analysis and review of game MCN institutions on the Douyin platform, output full-link solutions, empower game MCN institutions to grow healthy in ByteDance ecosystem, and improve the content production and monetization capabilities of game MCN institutions 3. Cooperate with internal sales, content, data and other functions, establish connections with external agent channels, create efficiency improvement solutions, and promote strategy iteration and implementation 4. 1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with Internet brands and effect delivery products, and have good strategic thinking 2. Strong communication skills, experience in proposals and project coordination and execution capabilities 3. Strong data analysis and mining capabilities, high data sensitivity, proficient in using Excel and PPT 4. Experience in brand delivery, brand integration marketing experience is preferred 5. Experience in gaming MCN organization management is preferred.
